Bread & Butter Berlin

Wow, what an exhibition! Maze took a trip to Bread & Butter - a massive fashion trade show in Berlin where thousands of buyers and designers from all over the world descend to see what's hot in fashion. We arrived on the first day and joined the masses milling around Berlin's Tempelhof airport - a huge, cavernous space, which for three days is crowded with over 600 brands displaying their new season collections. Tempelhof spans 70,000 square metres so each brand has to put on an incredible display to stand out. They didn't let us down. Some of our favourite labels created complete environments for their clothes. Scotch and Soda, which also houses the much loved Maison Scotch, managed to dominate the room with a stand that was bigger than a house! Denham adorned their stand with the heritage tools that inspired their trade and their brand identity, while others, like Grenson, just let their beautiful product to the talking. We came back exhausted but inspired by all the things we had seen. Here's a little glimpse at what was on offer...
