Mizar & Alcor

Named after two stars in the handle of the Big Dipper constellation, Mizar & Alcor was founded by Efe Serio, Emel Serio & Daniel Shavit in 2016 on Turkey's Turquoise coast to represent the union of East and West. Their Mediterranean-inspired textiles blend age-old craftsmanship with modern design, handwoven by artisans in Anatolia on century-old traditional looms. Using only sustainable, organic cotton & linen, their products are made to last with collections that combine elegance, functionality and ethical production in support of local communities.
