Delivery Options
We offer a range of flexible delivery services to suit your needs:
Collect In Store – FREE
Your order will be ready for collection within 1–2 working days.
Standard Delivery – £5
Delivered by Royal Mail 48 with online tracking.
Estimated arrival: 3–5 working days.
Express Delivery – £7.50
Delivered by Royal Mail 24 with online tracking.
Estimated arrival: 1–3 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery – £9.95
Guaranteed delivery by 8pm the next working day via DHL with tracking.
Please note: Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
EU Delivery – £12.95
Tracked delivery via DHL.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
Non-EU Delivery – £29.95
Delivered via DHL or a nominated courier (depending on location).

Delivery Information
- All deliveries require a signature on arrival.
- If unavailable, you may nominate a secure delivery address or arrange collection from a Royal Mail Post Office or DHL ServicePoint.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays.
- UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Wight. It does not include Jersey or Guernsey.
- Important: MAZE cannot be held responsible for any delivery instructions given directly to the courier (e.g., leaving parcels in sheds, garages, or with neighbours).

Returns Policy
We aim to make returns simple and fair.
Returning Items Purchased Online
- Full-price items: return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items: return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Use our free UK returns service (some exclusions apply).
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Pierced jewellery (unless faulty)
- Perishables such as perfumes, and toiletries
- Used items or items missing original tags/packaging
- MAZE Gift Cards or eGift Cards
How to Return an Online Order
- Repackage your item(s) in resalable condition.
- Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided.
- Drop off at your local Post Office, or use Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service to arrange free home collection.
- Missing your label? Generate a new one via the Royal Mail Returns Portal.
Please return all items from the same order in a single parcel.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, with original swing tags attached, and in resalable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
- This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty items.
Refunds
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Click and Collect Orders
You have:
- 14 days for full-price items
- 7 days for sale items
From the date we notify you that your order is ready, to inform us of your return.
Returning Online Orders In-Store
You are welcome to return online orders in store.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and typically completed within 5 working days, depending on your bank.
Please note: Large homeware items cannot be returned in-store.
In-Store Purchases
- Full-price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with tags.
- Returns must be made in-store. Our online returns service does not apply to in-store purchases.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty, the following are non-returnable:
- Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings)
- Perishable goods (e.g. perfumes, toiletries)
- Used items or those returned without original packaging/tags
- MAZE Gift Cards and eGift Cards
Exchanges (Online Purchases)
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange:
- Notify our Returns Department of your return.
- Place a new order online
Returns outside the return window or not in resalable condition may be rejected.
International Returns (EU & Non-EU)
We do not offer free returns for orders outside the UK.
