Embracing Outfit Disrupters and Transformers with Graham St.

We were so excited to team up again with Sue Macleod and her stylish daughter Hannah from Graham St. to pick out their favourite items from our spring-summer collection, captured by Alex MooneyWith over 10 years of styling experience, Hannah is all about how you wear your clothes, not just what you wear. To inspire you with outfit disrupters and transformers, take a look below to see how this mother-daughter duo has styled some of our key pieces.
Among their top picks were the Sessun scarf, Bellerose bag, YMC bag, and YMC gilet. Hannah is known for her unique style and loves mixing things up. She's a pro at putting together coordinated looks but adds 'disrupters' like textured accessories to keep it from being too 'matchy-matchy'. The Sessun scarf and Bellerose bag were her standout choices.

“The scarf is so French in its design because it is so unassuming and subtle yet it draws the eye with its striking colour combination and makes the outfit. There is something quite masculine about the design which I really like. It’s super soft to the touch.”

Now onto the YMC gilet and bag. The reversible gilet from YMC is a game-changer, made from a polyester and cotton blend. Hannah loves versatile pieces that works all year-round.

"This gilet is a total outfit transformer. It can turn a plain tee into something stylish effortlessly. As a busy mom, I can throw it over a stained t-shirt and instantly look put together. Plus, it's reversible—two looks in one! It's perfect as a third layer, peeking out from under a jacket or over a tee and open shirt. Layer them all together and be the layering queen!"

Hannah also chose the Pilgrim bag from YMC. The Pilgram bag is hand crafted from wooden beads featuring a bold geometric design. We love the pieces Hannah has chosen and how she uses the power of a good accessory to transform an outfit, whether it be an outfit disrupter or outfit builder.

Many thanks to Graham St. for their stunning styling and the captivating feature in their always-inspiring journal. Photography by Alex Mooney.
