A Creative Life
Being, as we are, more than just a teensy bit obsessed with interiors and style, imagine how pleased we were when Caroline Rowland, founder and editor of 91 Magazine, asked if she could feature Hannah’s house and recent venture, Maze Home, in the latest issue of her interiors magazine. Excitement doesn't really do it justice. With a focus on the idea of ‘pre-loved’ and how it is interpreted in many different ways, this issue is filled with glorious projects that range from a renovated French chateau to a one bed apartment in south east London, a studio in an old bakery to a neighbourhood store in Oklahoma.
Published twice a year, 91 Magazine has long been one of our favourite reads, with its focus on inspirational interiors of homes, shops, cafes and studios, telling the stories of the creative people and independent businesses behind them. With an emphasis on shopping small and supporting great indie shops, 91 Magazine is aspirational yet attainable, stylish yet affordable, upholding all the same values as we do at Maze.
In volume 12, Hannah reflects on the legacy of considered and thoughtful style that has influenced her home and family business, and discusses taking the helm of her parents’ retail brand, along with Maze’s uniquely enduring style.
Thank you to Caroline for including us among such good company in this issue, to Kym Grimshaw for the beautiful photographs, and to Alena Walker for the words. We're feeling all fuzzy. Pre-order your copy of the magazine today.
