We know you love receiving rewards – so we're updating Maze Loyalty to make it even more personal. As part of these changes, the current rewards will be ending on 31st October 2023. Points earned in SS23 and AW23 have been included in the latest reward and can be redeemed in store until this date.

We'll be pausing Maze Loyalty while we make the changes - look out for updates over the coming season as we replace it with something new. Thank you for your continued loyalty.


What is Maze Loyalty?

As a member, you will be rewarded with 1 point for every £1 you spend. Twice a year, we’ll send you an email to let you know how much you have to redeem based on how much you have spent during the previous reward period.

You will receive:
• a £5 voucher when you have spent £250
• a £10 voucher when you have spent £500
• ... and a further £10 for every additional £500 spent.

In addition, you’ll:
• get first dibs on sale
• have access to member-only discounts
• be the first to know about new collections
How do I earn points?
Sign up to our loyalty scheme in-store to be issued with a Loyalty Card. Present your Loyalty Card at the till to earn points against any full price purchase. 
How do I redeem points?
Twice a year we will send you an email detailing how many points you have to redeem. This will be based on your total spend in-store during the previous reward period. Just present your card at the till to redeem your points against your next full price purchase.
When will I receive my points to redeem?
The Spring/Summer email will be sent the last week of January, Autumn/Winter emails will be sent the last week of July.
How do I check how much I have to redeem?
Twice a year we will send you an email detailing how many points you have to redeem. Alternatively, please present your Loyalty Card at the till point and our Sales Assistants will be able to let you know your current balance.
Will I receive an e-voucher?
No. You will receive an email detailing how many points you have to redeem. The balance will be applied to your account. To redeem points, present your Loyalty Card at the till when making a full price purchase.
Will my points expire?
Yes. An expiry date will be included in the email. Points will be valid for five months. Autumn/Winter rewards expire on 21st December, Spring/Summer rewards expire on 21st July.
What happens if I forget my card?
Keep hold of your receipt. Next time you’re in store, present your receipt along with your card and we’ll be able to add your points retrospectively. If you live too far away to pop back in, you can email a photo of your receipt and the number on your Loyalty Card to Points will be added to your account within 2 working days.
Can I earn points on all my purchases?
You can earn points on all full price purchases made in-store. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on sale items.
Can I earn points online?
At present we cannot accept or generate Loyalty Points online. We can add points for online purchases to your account if you come into one of our stores (click for details) or email us at 
Who do I notify if I change my email address?
You can update your details with a Sales Assistant at any till point in-store or by emailing

Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. Points can only be redeemed against the purchase of a full price item.
How can I sign up for a loyalty card?
You can sign up in-store. The Maze Loyalty card is not a store card and it is free to join. You can register for a Maze Loyalty card in-store at any till point.
