Delivery Information
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or choose to collect from your local Post Office or one of the DHL ServicePoints across the UK.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight. It does not include Jersey or Guernsey.
MAZE cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Returning Online Purchases
We offer free UK returns for online orders. (Exclusions apply – see below.)
- Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non returnable items (unless faulty)
Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
How To Return an Online Order
- Repackage your item securely, ideally in the original packaging.
- Attach the pre-paid returns label included in your parcel.
- Drop the parcel at your local Post Office (label will be scanned), or use Royal Mail Click & Drop to book a free home collection.
Can't find your return label? Visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal to generate a new one. Please return all items from the same order in one parcel.
MAZE reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in a suitable condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
Refunds

You’re welcome to return online orders in person at any of our stores. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Returning In-Store Purchases

Full-price items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with swing tags attached.
In-store purchases must be returned in person.
Online return services do not apply to in-store purchases.
In-store items that cannot be returned (unless faulty):
- Pierced jewellery
- Perishable goods (e.g. candles, perfumes, and toiletries)
- MAZE Gift Cards and eGift Cards
Exchanges (Online Orders)
We don't offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Notify our Returns Department that you’re sending the item back.
- Place a new order online for your preferred replacement.
Items received outside the return window or not in their original condition may be rejected.
